Mr. Williams started Williams Appraisal Service in 1997 after 4 years as a staff appraiser. With 18 years of appraisal experience and personally performing over 6000 + appraisals for 40+ lenders and governmental agencies, he is experienced and qualified , to assist clients in producing a USPAP compliant appraisal of their equipment.
