Rohul is a co-founder of Reliant Capital Funding, a full service commercial loan brokerage company. Working closely with lenders, and helping small business owners secure financing, has given him the practical knowledge and experience required to understand the importance of collateral security in the banking industry as it applies to appraisal practice. Through his experience at Reliant Capital Funding, Rohul has worked intimately with businesses in various industries including construction, food service, healthcare, and retail.
Rohul has built and been involved in the management of two thriving physical therapy practices in New Jersey. Along with obtaining Medicare and insurance contracts, managing construction, staffing, and marketing, he also had secured all equipment necessary by negotiating directly with various vendors.
As Sales Manager for a small software company, Rohul was in charge of all west coast and international technical sales. With his knowledge of software and hardware in the technology industry, he helped to increase the company’s bottom line by over 30%.
Rohul has owned and operated several retail businesses, including delicatessens, catering businesses, liquor stores, and mobile phone stores. He has managed staff of over 25 employees and is knowledgeable of the intricacies of operating a business, including book keeping, banking, accounting, ordering, inventory control, repairs and maintenance, training, and working with vendors.

Rohul Patel has been awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute. Rohul is a graduate of the Honors Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems, and had graduated cum laude.
