Mr. Marino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University and
previously served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending for two regional publicly traded
banks with a combined asset base exceeding $1.3 billion. He also served as Chief Financial
Officer for a $50 million multi-location company with operations across three states. His
experience includes a broad range of advisory work on loan transactions, including Commercial
Construction, Asset-Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, and Equipment/Machinery
financing.

Mr. Marino was responsible for overseeing transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $500
million for various small-cap and middle-market companies across virtually all industries. His
transaction experience encompasses all aspects of debt placement, including mergers and
acquisitions, senior debt restructuring, and leveraged capital transactions.
