Ms. D’Agostino is the owner of DRD Appraisals LLC, where she has overseen appraisal operations and managed a team of professionals. Her firm has provided both commercial and residential valuation services, including analyses of current, retrospective, and prospective property values. Known for her hands-on approach, she has consistently reviewed appraisal reports to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance prior to delivery to clients.

In addition to DRD Appraisals, she formerly operated under Stuart Appraisal Company, a full-service firm specializing in residential and commercial properties, where she was responsible for assigning, monitoring, and reviewing appraisal reports for a diverse client base. Her work has included extensive review services for financial institutions, ensuring adherence to professional standards such as USPAP.

Earlier in her career, Ms. D’Agostino gained valuable experience working with various appraisal firms, completing both residential and commercial assignments and building the foundation for her expertise as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Ms. D’Agostino holds the prestigious MAI designation, awarded to appraisers who meet rigorous education, experience, and ethical standards in the valuation profession. She is licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and has worked with a wide range of clients, including banks, attorneys, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and private property owners.  In addition, Ms. D’Agostino has completed the National Equipment & Business Builders (NEBBS) Institute Course, attaining the Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (CMEA) credential. 

 Her professional affiliations include leadership and membership roles within appraisal and real estate organizations, as well as involvement in local planning and community boards.
