With 32 years of experience in the real estate field. Carlos is an appraiser licensed in Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez Campus with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) in 1983. In addition to his specialty in the valuation of all types of properties and possessing the most respected professional designations in the industry (MAI and SRA since 2007 & 2012, respectively, from the Appraisal Institute), he can also handle sales transactions, analysis, and consulting of commercial and industrial properties and holds the prestigious CCIM designation (CCIM Institute) since 2004 and MRICS since 2011 (RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
