Matt is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and has since earned his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) credentials. He also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License. Matt has most recently been an M&A Advisor for Williamsport-based firm Keystone Business Ventures. While there, his work included sell-side and buy-side advising, business valuations, machinery and equipment appraisals, and commercial real estate brokerage, development, and management.
